ScoutHub will enable an improved experience for our members with simpler, more flexible and more localised processes for Groups. 

The Benefits include:

  • Manage your own member information (eg update your phone number or email address and viewing your membership data)
  • Register and pay for each Trek all in one place
  • Reduced admin time for leaders and volunteers

ScoutHub will streamline processes and free up the time of leaders and volunteers to focus on what they do best - providing the Scouting Program to our youth members!

As ScoutHub evoves more features will be added to the site.

 

About Fees

State and Group fees are billed as one in January and July each year. These are called Trek 1 (January - June) and Trek 2 (July-December)

  • State Membership fee that includes essential insurance for members, Leader training, a wide range of resources, and essential support services including finance, IT, property and facilities, child safety team and communications.
  • Local Group Activity fee covers the week-to-week expenses of running Scouts – resources, maintenance and utilities of the Scout Hall, and regular meeting activities.
  • There may be aditional fees to cover special activities, camps food etc during the year.
